1.2 Agreement takes effect

These Terms are effective from the date you first access the Platform or complete account registration. Account registration and security

2.1 Registration qualifications

Service Description and Specifications

3.2 Service limitations

  • Provide technical support for third-party applications installed by users themselves。
  • Data backup service (users are responsible for backing up all data on the instance)。
  • Data retention after the instance expires but is not renewed(MACCOME No commitment is made to retain data after expiration)。
3.3 Service change rights

Rules of Use and Prohibited Conduct

  • You must comply with all applicable export control regulations and may not use the Services with any sanctioned country, region or person。

Payment, Billing and Refund Policy

5.1 Billing model

MACCOME Services are charged in advance based on the selected rental plan (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly). The cost is subject to the price displayed when the order is confirmed.。MACCOME We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Price adjustments will not affect the rental period that the user has purchased and is in progress.。

7.1 MACCOME intellectual property rights

User Data and Content

8.1 Data responsibility

You are solely legally responsible for all data stored, processed, and transmitted on your instance。MACCOME Acts as an infrastructure provider and does not review the legality, accuracy or completeness of user data content, nor assume any data controller responsibility for the processing of user data。

8.2 Data backup obligations

Data backup is the user’s responsibility only。MACCOME No automatic data backup service is provided. Data loss due to the following reasons,MACCOME No liability for compensation:

  • Instance lease is not renewed after expiration,MACCOME All data in the instance will be completely cleared after the grace period.。
  • Data loss caused by users actively deleting data or misoperation。
  • Data damage caused by force majeure events such as hardware failure and natural disasters。
  • Data encryption or loss due to security incidents such as ransomware infections。

8.3 Data deletion

Service changes, suspensions and terminations

9.1 MACCOME right to suspend

Limitation of liability

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
